We are very pleased that the Chinese biggest single closed-loop polysilicon line has been put into production in CSG (Yi Chang Plant), and the ceremony has been held on Jan. 9, 2009. It means that CSG has mastered the closed-loop polysilicon production technology and broke through the foreign technical barriers. Meanwhile it is also certified that CSG has got a great progress in high-purity semiconductor silicon material development and PV industry.
 

The proposed investment for CSG polysilicon project is about RMB 6 billion( as around US$900 million) and planning area is 1500 mu ( as around 1 million square meters), it planed to complete the establishment by three projects. The first project has been running on Dec. 30, 2008. We are expected to deliver more than 1,500 ton high-purity semiconductor silicon each year. Now all the equipments are in good status, the purity of the silicon has up to 99.999999%, the single-furnace output can meet the target.
 

CSG has make a great progress in clean, renewable solar energy generation during recently 3 years, along with the completed polysilicon project, CSG has finished the whole Industrial chain establishment including high-purity polysilicon materail, high-quality solar cells, solar glass and solar modules. We will become a leading company in global PV industry in the near future.
