In June 2024, the Photovoltaic Production Department's module division received orders for LEAD ROAD and Guangzhou Weihongcheng. The manual framing process required workers to use hammers to assemble the frames, resulting in low productivity and occasional defective assemblies. With tight deadlines, there was an urgent need for an automatic framing device to ensure normal production and reduce defective products. With strong support from company leadership, the equipment group overcame various difficulties, including hardware issues, by continuously simulating and calculating. Utilizing existing old equipment parts, they independently developed an automatic frame assembly machine for the modules in just two days. This device realized the automatic framing function, resolving the issue of manual framing for irregularly shaped modules. At present, the defective rate of 1040*760 and 1722*760 version modules assembled by this automatic frame assembly machine is zero, resulting in significant economic benefits for the company.

The successful development of the automatic frame assembly machine fully demonstrates how technological capabilities and management experience can enhance the company's production level. It exemplifies the proactive spirit of CSG in independently researching and developing equipment, their innovative mindset of fearlessly overcoming challenges, and their diligent and meticulous work ethic on the front lines.
