In order to implement the requirements of company’s 2024 Safety Production Month activities, centered around the theme "Caring for Safety, Prepared for Emergencies - Clear Pathways to Life," Dongguan PV held a fire emergency evacuation drill on June 19th.

The drill officially began at 14:30. Each drill team deployed smoke bombs at designated locations to simulate a fire scenario. Upon hearing the fire alarm, personnel from various departments quickly and orderly evacuated to the safety place under the guidance of the evacuation team.

The Safety and Environmental Protection Department received the emergency report and promptly organized volunteer firefighters to proceed to the accident site for initial fire suppression. At the same time, two rescue team members donned positive pressure firefighting respirators and swiftly completed personnel search and rescue in the fire-affected area. After the drill concluded, the on-site commander, Chen Cheng, summarized the emergency drill. Subsequently, the General Manager, Feng Changbo, fully recognized the overall effectiveness of the drill, emphasizing that all departments must address the issues discovered during the exercise and improve organizational plan details. He stressed that the drill should be more closely aligned with real scenarios to ensure quick, efficient, and orderly responses to actual fire emergencies.

Next, the safety officer provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the performance characteristics and proper usage of fire self-rescue respirators, fire extinguishers, and fire hoses. Department heads, managers on duty, and frontline employee representatives participated in hands-on practice.

The successful execution of this fire emergency evacuation drill further enhanced the emergency response capabilities and practical skills of all Dongguan PV employees in the face of fire and other emergencies, laying a solid foundation for ensuring production safety and employee life safety.
